Returns
We take pride in delivering freshly prepared, high-quality homemade pickles. Since our products are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or leaked during shipping.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is expired on arrival.
How to Request a Refund
In such cases:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and invoice.
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method via PhonePe.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to be credited to your account, depending on your bank / payment provider.
